We have proven that through the experience of many veteran advisors who have joined us, they have learned new tools, markets, and approaches that caused their business to significantly grow. Becoming part of a community of successful business coaches and consultants from across North America means sharing wisdom. PBCA Member-Coaches share best-practices, business coaching tools, group coaching programs, seminar/workshop content, consulting strategies, collaboration, and friendships.
Our Vision
To create and support a large community of business coaches across Canada so that we can collaborate, share resources, uphold the highest standards of business coaching and adhere to our code of ethics for the benefit of the profession and our clients.
Our coaches have been trained and certified by the PBCA. Most have extensive prior business experience and education and run their own coaching and consulting practices. PBCA also provides our coaches with access to leading edge tools, processes and resources so that they can better serve their clients.
Our ideal clients are small to medium sized businesses looking to profitably grow their businesses, address key issues and opportunities and improve leadership skills. We work directly with business owners, key managers and executives on the leadership team to help them overcome obstacles, increase their business and personal effectiveness and achieve their goals.
