In 2021 I added the GAPLD (Global Alliance for Professional Leadership Development, inaugural training program) program to my certification list. The added Leadership training has been a big benefit to my business coaching practice because many entrepreneurs are also their company's leader. Managing leadership skills, and expectations of clients and staff is at the core of small business management.
